In the year that marks the 75th anniversary of Land Rover, join us for a talk by volunteers from the British Motor Museum. The Museum holds the world’s paramount collection of Land Rover vehicles and historical documents.
Discover the inspiration for and development of the first vehicle, the environment of rationing in which it was introduced, the Land Rover’s military journey, its role in adventurous expeditions and the world of films – and as a favourite of the royal family.
The Series 2 Club is happy to be supporting this event and will be displaying a number of vehicles outside the venue. The Club’s sole aim is to further the appreciation and driving of all Land Rover models built between 1958 and 1971.
